Whose data do We process?
We process personal data of:

How do We process personal data?
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons
with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”) and provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection.
We process personal data for the following purposes:
a) communication based on the consent given by the data subject to the processing of his/her personal data (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR),
b) performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),

Providing data for the purposes of the provision of services, consideration of complaints/grievances is voluntary but necessary for Us to handle complaint notices.
We do not transfer, sell or make the collected data available for use. Recipients of data may only be authorized employees or Our partners providing services related to process handling or IT support.
